we have had a recent problem with tables not being put away after wednesday play. this past wednesday tables #7 & #8 were left up.

it is the responsibility of the players in each group to make sure their tables and corrugated are stowed away.

please check the locking mechanism before attempting to fold up a table. although, the locks are not usually set, they may slide into partial position.

as our numbers grow, it becomes more and more important to arrive and sign in prior to 7:00 pm.� also to prevent unnecessary loss of time, if you desire not to play in the round robin please inform me or my designate before 7:00 pm.

please be aware that the club allows all players to take a short break (not to exceed 4 minutes) between matches. this allows time for a bathroom break or for re hydrating. good sportsmanship would suggest that the player taking a break inform his/her next opponent of the expected length of time of such break.

if on a wednesday evening, you think you will be late, please call tim (530) 878-2602 or greg (530) 878-0170, if you reach us, we will put you on a table.
